Place needs an upgrade. Linens didn’t look that clean for the pull out bed. Furniture was stained and very dusty. Outside lounges were old and dirty looking.

The two bedroom condo was perfect with an incredible view.
Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was gorgeous and we will definitely stay there again. Our unit was right at the beach with lovely location in the building and views. The ocean looks awesome and you can take some mind blowingly beautiful pictures around the beach and the golf course. Staff is helpful and courteous and the food and deserts are superb. We enjoyed swimming, as well as the relaxing fire pits. I would highly recommend the Resort family and friends.
Bad check in experience. No communication from owner with the access code to the unit. Hot water did not work n second bathroom. Phones did not work. No wifi. Three elevators for a large building with many families, one of which did not work over Presidents’ Day weekend.

The access code was provided to you by the front desk. Wifi is free of charge with this room and a maintenance ticket shows that it was restored during your stay after a technician performed a reboot. We did not receive a maintenance request regarding the hot water and phones during your stay. They have been tested and found to be in working order. One of the three elevators was temporarily down. Your feedback has been shared with the appropriate lot owners in an effort to correct this issue moving forward.
One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous services and we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable experience during your travels. Although the benefits of our Guest Services were promptly utilized to dispatch housekeeping to provide new sheets for the pull out bed, a negative review was still posted. There were no other complaints logged for any of the issues you experienced. Response time is 20 minutes or less for housekeeping and 2 hours or less for in-room maintenance.
