Located on Singer Island, this lovely 2 bedroom condo is part of a very active 55+ community. A 3 month minimum rental is required to be part of this wonderful community. Across from the beach, Sugar Sands has an Olympic pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts, clubhouse and bbq area. Located close to excellent restaurants, state parks, shopping and airport provides you with much to do.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
