Location is above the MRT but the Ron is getting old. Need to renovate soon.

Comfortable affordable stay with pool and fitness center. Plenty of shopping and convince of mrt under the hotel. Many eats and walkable area.

i love the fact that the hotel was near everything. just a step from restaurant and a step from MRT which i found very convenience, but the room itself is tiny. i bring my son and it barely fit our stroller there. we have to fold the stroller outside the room before enter the room. the room is clean and nice. overall, i like staying here because of the location.

room was somewhat small, we got the furthest one in the end of the floor. no internet access (even in the lobby!), average amenities, average location. not much to see around the hotel vicinity. just an ok stay for me personally. would not return to this hotel.

The smallest and the smelliest. Room for the money but great location

Small smelly room with no view and no service of any kind.felt more like a scout lodge than a hotel. But great location.

Why need to pay for wifi? Room comfortable and need to need improve on room cleanliness.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rate is high (about US$100) for this hotel. The room is small and the bathroom is tiny. There is not a good thing about this hotel with the exception of the MRT station is next door. The food court next door is OK. The shopping mall across street is empty. We paid for Wifi access but the signal is lousy. Skip this hotel.. you can find compatible hotel like Parc Sovereign Hotel Albert Street with the lesser rate but a much better location. Unless there is a reason to stay in this area.. you should get a hotel in the Bugis neighborhood

There is subway, food court, and market right next to the hotel.

The hotel rooms are small but clean. Wifi is not free. Located near food outlets and MRT. Staff polite and friendly. It's a 3 Star hotel but satisfying

Good Location and nice staff, didn't charge for late check out.

was happy with my stay here. nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Very accessible to public transportation and the shopping malls, as well as food courts, are conveniently accessible.

Room is small. There was no cold water in bathroom sink in daytime almost burned my hands. Mirror behind bed was not clean. Too many rooms in hotel had to wait for the elevator for a long time. They have me free internet but laptop could not pick up wireless signal and only one month old.Only my phone picked up the signal. Only good part was above the MRT train system. Luckily I had credits and only paid $11 cad to stay one night. Only good part is they have

I ask for adapter at the reception. she blew a fuse to me. she has not a service mind.

This hotel has deteriorated since I last stayed here a year ago. Service has gone downhill though the staff is lovely they seem understaffed. Rooms are very small and rather cold in decoration. The buffet breakfast is only passable when it previously was quite good. The hotel though is very well priced and as a result is very busy. It is also atop the Lavender MRT station making it convenient to all parts. If price is you bottom line then this hotel is for you.

Everything is okay. Staffs are friendly. Room is bad smell.

Quite adequate for price. Great location. Rooms are small, but bathroom shower water works fine.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and plan to stay here again in the future. The only issue I was disappointed with was the internet service. The travel website never stated that the internet service was not included in my booking price, so I assumed it was after reading all the amenities the hotel offered. The travel website needs to be more transparent in what amenities are offered for the advertised price at its website. I was happy with the hotel, but not with the internet non-disclosure.
