Stayed in a 'studio' room which puts the single bed above the shower room alongside a little desk. We thought this split mezz level would offer more space than a triple room. There is however just about space to walk around the double bed downstairs and that is it. It was fine for the four day 3 night stay but it was cramped. Pros: Good location to two MRT stations Good location to Food Republic and another 24 hour food market near the McDonalds Good wifi in the room, good home page on the TV listing local sites & info Very fast check in and check out Late check out and early check in free of charge if booked direct with the hotel & subject to availability Very comfy mattresses, we all slept well on them New hotel, good price for Singapore Amicable about using their loading bay for leisurely loading/unloading of luggage from taxi (very clean loading bay, helpful hint, you can't stop in front of the hotel itself) There is a forex bureau downstairs who offers pretty competitive rates on most currencies Cons: Incredibly small room - to pack/unpack a suitcase you had to do it on the bed and once you put two suitcases in the wardrobe there was no space to hang anything in the wardrobe Pool was closed when we visited Door acoustics not great so we could hear the people passing outside, thankfully we were at the end of the corridor No bin in the bathroom Housekeeping never made the single bed on the upper floor once while we were there (they didn't seem to want to walk past the third suitcase that was on the edge of the top landing step) Aircon impossible to adjust. On the side of the double bed by the window it dumped straight down out the vent so it was freezing there although temperate elsewhere in the room Noone seemed to use the restaurant on ground floor but to be honest there are loads of cheap options nearby as it is a student area so we didn't either Not totally sure if I would stay here again as am slightly ambivalent about it. We had an overnight on the way out at an older hotel (which took FOREVER to check in - a serious con there!) which had much better space standards for a similar price.

We stayed here for one night en route to Europe. Fantastic location but average everything else. Staff couldn’t have been more “meh”. Tiny rooms & tinier bathrooms. Luckily we had planned to not open our big suitcases as it wouldn’t have been possible! Needed to go outside to change your mind. No rubbish bin in bathroom which just seemed mean. No tissues anywhere I could find. Having said that we spent probably 6 hrs in the room in total. Beds were fine. Pillows were fine.

V Hotel is well located, it's accessible via the Bencoolen MRT station, has a Food Republic nearby, very close to 2 museums and maybe 2-3 blocks of walk away is Bugis (if you're looking for a bit of an exercise). Room is a bit tight for a couple with medium sized luggages, but you can make do as the price is very affordable. They don't have a restaurant within the hotel, you can get your breakfast next door, but make sure you come in early otherwise you'll miss out. There's also a money changer and small grocery store next door. Pool is average size but it's nice, you can do laundry while lounging by the pool.

The hotel is located in Bencoolen St., right beside Bencoolen MRT station. Right across the street is a taxi stand. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. If your room comes with breakfast, it's served at a restaurant next door. But if you don't have breakfast with your room, no need to worry. At the end of the street, there is a Food Republic chain with lots of breakfast options. Walk a bit farther to reach Bugis Junction for western food fare (McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, etc). The room itself is clean, but quite small. There is very little room to move around.

Close to MRT station, which is a huge plus point. The room is neat n clean, but quite small, can accomodate max 2 adults. In my room (1029), there is a strange smell in the toilet, something like sewerage problem i guess. I called the reception to get the maintenance guy rectify it, but to no avail.

The hotel is served by 2 MRT stations. The first one is Bencoolen station on the blue line which allows you to go to Changi Airport (train transfer is required at Expo Station) for only SGD2.50 and Marina Bay Sands at Bayfront Station for SGD1.70. The other station is Bras Basah on the yellow line. Both are within walking distance. The service was good. I never experienced a check-in process this quick (only about two minutes) and the hotel allows us an early check-in. The hotel room is small, sufficient enough for a person but it will not be as comfortable for couple. The bed is comfortable. Each room has their own wifi and the wifi connection is fast. The outdoor swimming pool is located at the 3rd floor. Breakfast is at the cafe next door. It is a halal restaurant, limited choice of food and the taste is just average. They have an open luggage store area where you can put you luggage after check out.

the place is nice, but for the room is too narrow, for good food and the location is close to the MRT, university, food stread, minimart, bus stop, and cafe it all we can go on foot. The service is very friendly, and in this hotel on iMac sediain so can onlinean here and for Wi-fi kenceng because each room have their own. For the bathroom here is super clean and the room is also clean and tidy. From the window of the room can directly see the highway as well. Suggest really ☺️😊

I love the hotel .staff is very nice.very clean .beautiful rooms.henry the consiage is very nice .and the 'reception staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely will come back.thank you hotel v ... Room number 813

Stayed for a couple of nights after a cruise. We arrived at 9.45am and they kindly waived the early check in for us. Rooms are very small and limited hanging space and drawers. Hair dryer, room safe, tea/coffee facilities, TV, small fridge and quick wifi in the room. Would not want to stay longer for a couple of nights due to cramped room and not much storage space. Bed was comfortable and clean and the room cleaned and made up daily. The bathroom was adequate and clean but no ventilation and it smelt like someone had been smoking in it. Swimming pool on 3rd floor and also laundry facilities and a shower room located in the same area with a small garden area. Breakfast was 2 doors down in a small restaurant with limited buffet offerings but enough to get by on. Location of hotel is excellent. Bus and MRT stops all close by. Large food court a couple of minutes walk away. Money changer and small convenience shop either side of the hotel. Tour operator located in the hotel lobby.

MRTs the bencoolen station is located just next door. The Bras Basah station a 5 mins walk. Had an exhibition at marina bay sands it was easy to get there in just 4 stations.Stayed in the premier room. Room only no breakfast. No problem getting food as it is next walking distance to toast box , local food court and Starbucks. Room size is very small. Sound proofing is not that great if you are a light sleeper and have noisy guest. Comfortable bed. Has the amenities of bottled water , safe, hairdryer etc
