WOW - a perfect hotel with a perfect location . Walkable position for Singapore’s main tourist attractions. The staff can’t do enough for you. Stayed in a suite with club access which was worth the upgrade. The lounge was amazing . Would definitely return.

We booked two heritage rooms, as marina views weren’t important for our one-night stay. That said, the rooms weren’t quite what we expected. One had a small balcony enclosed by 9 foot walls, and the other had a large concrete bar across the window, leaving only a 30cm strip of view at ankle level. This meant there was little natural outlook, which was disappointing. The rooms also felt a little tired, and a couple of the plugs weren’t working properly. Overall, our stay didn’t quite match our expectations. Had we known the heritage rooms had such limited views, we would have happily paid more for a room with a window!
