I stayed at The Clan Hotel for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The service was consistently attentive and warm, and the location is truly prime—perfectly situated for exploring the city. The design of the hotel is modern yet welcoming, with thoughtful little touches that make the stay feel special. My room, gym, and the rooftop had a beautiful view, which made it even more enjoyable. The only downside was a faint smell in the room washroom, which I suspect may have been due to a drainage issue. Overall, I would highly recommend The Clan Hotel for its outstanding service, design, and location. I would definitely stay again.

I was a bit disappointed by the swimming pool. Since I knew there was a lot people during the day, I went at 6am which is when they open, there was no one but it seemed that they didn’t clean up from the previous night. Towels everywhere, dirty sunbeds.

Location is excellent--Entrance to MRT is right beside the hotel (don't even need to cross the street or get rained on). It's close to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre, and walkable to the waterfront. Also next to Far East Square with lots of interesting little shops/restaurants. It's 2 MRT stations away from Marina Bay Sands or Garden of the Bay. Walkable to Chinatown and little India. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Great location and helpful staff, Wilson was always friendly when we entered and exited the hotel and on our last day, he helped us carry our bags to the train station and make sure we made it on to the train. The view from the pool and the room was incredible and the food at Qin was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

I had a good stay at this hotel— the room itself was very comfortable with great views of the city/chinatown. Breakfast was okay but not too many options. My check-in experience felt a bit rushed but i understand the hotel was very busy on a weekend. I think the locations is quite great for someone visiting Singapore, I didn’t interact too much with staff but they were friendly. The amenities in the room were nice (Dyson hairdryer!) and will say the bathroom was such a highlight because you can tell it’s quite modern and updated. I will say I had some of the best sleep of my life on their beds; truly the only reason I’m knocking it down a star is just because of my check-in experience.
