Room was clean. Love it had minimum carpet area (as c arpet detergent is toxic).Bedding and towels had minimum detergent smell. Hopefully this will improve in the future.

Room was spotless, comfortable bed, had all the amenities we needed. Staff at desk very helpful and knowledgeable. Access to floor 65 lounge was amazing with incredible views and food. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Room was spacious and a great view. Location was good for a conference at Suntec and also being joint to raffles place was great for the kids. Staff were amazing. All staff were great especially the concierges helping us in and out of grab and taxis. Thank you I highly recommend.

Clean hotel excellent service - the only reason I could not give it 5 stars is the room and hallways were a little too warm for my liking and could not lower the Air Conditioning lower than 23C and the lighting in the bathroom was very dark to apply makeup - would be much better to have a light up makeup mirror

Perfectly located for the F1 - the track entrance was just outside the hotel. Staff were excellent and so helpful. A big shopping centre and MRT station were right next door so it was easy to get food and get around. Rooms were nice with everything we needed. We were on the 61st floor which was very high but we could see some of the F1 track which was a bonus. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful, clean, and safe hotel in central location. The hotel is connected to Raffles city mall and the train line. There are many shopping and dining options in the hotel. Housekeeping is great with thoughtful details such as having umbrella, water bottles, coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast was plentiful with Eastern and Western options along with vegetarian choices. Staffs are kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
