Good location, great pool and outdoor area, good breakfast and was upgraded. But the hotel is in great need of renovation. Rooms and hallways are really tired - stained ripped and chipped tiles and carpet and flaking paint everywhere. And messy, no one was vacuuming. Plus the air freshener was very overwhelming, giving me a headache.

Didn't have the breakfast buffet, but it looked good. The hotel was clean, convenient, centrally located, and reasonably priced. The loft rooms were unconventional, but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Loved the cozy stay and it was very convenient having voice assistance control in the room! However, the service from the young lady on morning shift was rather disappointing, she appeared bossy and was reluctant to help with taxi booking, which ended up made for the wrong location. Also, there was unpleasant smell coming from the sofa.

The rooms here are lofts. Didn't feel safe in the Premium Loft with upstairs bedroom due to low glass wall. You have to watch that you don't bump your head in several areas of the room. Location is good right by Robertson Quay with many restaurants steps away, although prices were quite high. Nice pool and breakfast area on Floor 2 and lovely to wander around at night. Fort Canning MRT 800m away.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! So much mold, I had chest pains, itchy skin and headaches. There was also a used condom on the floor of my shower. The hotel is also very popular among prostitutes.
