This hotel is very nice. From check in until check out the staff is fabulous. The hotel is at a great location on Sentosa. The rooms have a great view. The grounds are immaculate. Peacocks on grounds. Food was good. Pool is very nice.

Awesome locations and hotel. Staff great with a lot of things to do in Sentosa and convienent shuttle to Main island of Singapore. Great trip

This is one of the best hotels for little kids (5-7 yr old). 3 water slides, kids club, great pools, outdoor playground, beach right there, and kids everywhere for them to play with. First holiday that i could sit and read a book! We will be back.

Overall excellent hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The room service would show up at odd hours (such as 4:30 p.m.) when we would be going back to room and showering for our evening activities, so that was a bit inconvenient. However, overall great experience and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful, been here thrice and is always so relaxing, will stay again

At arrival we were already welcomed warmly at the lobby by Sneha who actually upgrade my room due to my health condition. Secondly staff at this hotel were all very helpful and friendly especially Rizal, Taufiq and Hilary. Thunbs up to this hotel. will definetely visit again☺️

Lovely setting, fantastic pool with kids' splash pad and water slide, delicious food and all of Sentosa's activities are easily accessible using the free shuttle that stops near the hotel. Recommend highly.

Hotel has the best location on Sentosa. Alittle pricey for what you actually get but in line with the prices in the area. Room has alot of moisture in it due to the fact of the climate. Overall good experience.

Went for a family vacation for 5 days. The hotel was adequate, but nothing special. We asked for a room with a king sized bed; their version of a king was two twin beds pushed together with a king sized sheet over them. The room was a little musty when I first walked in; a by-product of the water being so close. The room was generally clean. The pool facility is nice. There is an adult pool and kiddie pool that are adjacent to each other, as well as a small pool with 3 water slides. There were peacocks and a few small monkeys in the trees and balconies which my son enjoyed seeing. The biggest minus was the overpriced food. If you're with your family, it's not always easy to get out of the hotel in the morning to get to breakfast. There are lots of good activities down the beach from the hotel, so make sure you don't get trapped on the property! Make sure you have a voltage adapter (not just a plug adapter) if you bring any US standard appliances (like the charger for your camera or phone). Their power is 220V and the hotel only has plug adapters. If you're not wary, you can easily fry something.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. It was very romantic. If I visit Singapore again I won't stay anywhere but Rasa Sentosa.

We had a wonderful time at Shangri La in Sentosa. We wanted a place by the ocean where we could just relax and hang out by the pool. When we wanted to go and do something in town it was very easy to catch the free shuttle to the train. This is a very kid friendly place. If you want quiet, you may not get much of it laying by the pool. There are a lot of kids around, but they are having a great time! We stayed at the executive panoramic room. It was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. The only disappointment was that the tub was not as large as we thought it would be. The room was clean but kind of small.

The location is terrific for a getaway from the bustle of the city. The hotel is partially in the jungle which offers a great tropical feel. I would highly recommend this hotel for families, there are endless options for family entertainment with the children's pool and activities center. Also easily accessible attractions on Sentosa. Service is incredible, the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and meet your needs. Nearby restaurants are terrific and affordable, particularly Coasties which has numerous tables on the sandy beach and outstanding food, although not Asian choices, still terrific. Hotel does not include breakfast which is advertised in some travel books about Singapore. Perhaps it is in the more expensive rooms, we stayed in a Deluxe Sea View room. Free buses and tram on Sentosa make it easy to explore Sentosa, and free bus from Hotel to Harborfront make it easy to get to the city. Use the SIA hop on bus which is the easiest way to navigate the city taking you directly to the most popular places including museums, Chinatown and Raffle's Hotel, then directly back to the resort. If I ever travel to Singapore again I would never stay anywhere else!

I was very disappointed in the quality of the room for the price. Room did not meet my expectations. Our rooms had views of the back side of the hotel grounds instead of the lovely ocean view we were hoping for with a balcony like many others had. It was in need of paint and some repair. We were not informed of transportation options to the hotel so we carried our luggage on a bus and got dropped off at the bottom of the hill below the hotel. At this point we were directed by a hotel employee with a walkie talkie to carry our luggage to the top of the hill or take it through the pool area to get to the desk. We ask for help with the luggage but he would not send anyone. This is a first for me in Asia as well. The location was excellent and the restaurant by the sea was lovely.
