Fabulous hotel, would definitely stay again. They are extremely welcoming to children- providing a goody bag on arrival which went down very well. Very modern rooms. Kids club facilities are excellent and immaculate. My daughter loved the pirate ship splash pad. Very helpful staff. A bit of a walk from the MRT but it wasn’t a problem as very easy to get taxis.

The room and bathroom were clean but not spotless. Majority of the stay, housekeeping did a great job but a couple of the days, they were slacking a bit. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful property in a quiet location. Free shuttle bus to the major shopping street that also connects to the underground transit system. No comment on breakfast as that was not part of the accommodations, although, it was offered as discounted add on upon arrival.
