Great customer service provided from reception check-in, Concierge and pool bar staff. Loved that there were free soft drinks and snacks in the room. It also comes with an iPad and iPhone which I’ve never seen before.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The original touches by designer Karl Lagerfeld made this property really stand out. Perfect location across the street from Lau Pat Sat. Gorgeous rooftop pool area.

overpriced, not enough staff support. breakfast needs overhaul

Hotel and staff were polite and helpful to us especially Siying Tan in the front desk. We will come back again with the kids. We highly recommend the hotel in 35 Robison Rd.

This was a cute boutique hotel that was centrally located. What it lacks in the amenities of the larger hotels it makes up for in personality and other perks such as the free mini bar, the welcome drink, the very thoughtful and nice parting gift. Everyone was genuinely nice and ready to assist in helping us find restaurants or with whatever requests we had. The hotel had a very chill vibe and the decor was French chic. Our room and bathroom was a bit tight but overall was comfortable and served our purpose for our short stay. The ceilings were high so gave the small room a spacious feeling. The bathroom was my least favorite room. It was not laid out well and the fixtures were that modern style that is basically useless like that sink that is a trough and the modern toilet that takes a few flushes to get everything to go down. The shower door only opened in and you have to squeeze past the toilet to get in. Maybe I’m old fashioned but I want a my bathroom to have 4 walls rather than glass walls with just a curtain for privacy. Otherwise, we were happy that we stayed there.

Far exceeds any other hotel experience I have ever had. The staff, location, design, attention to details, decor, amenities, complimentary mini bar, list goes on and on. Quirky yet lush. I couldn't stop taking pictures. Felt so pampered, yet not in a stuffy way. Only had the privelage of a 1 night stay which was disappointing....but will ABSOLUTELY return, if the opportunity presents itself. And the city of Singapore already has stolen a piece of my heart as well. First time visit, but spectacular. So easy to get around (even on foot). Easy to getvto know, even in a days time (get a feel for neighborhoods). Close to marina, chinatown, orchard road...all within walking diatance. Great satay and food stall market directly across the street from the hotel is a incredible bonus, as is the rooftop pool (that in the evening doubles as a cool lounge which also sometimes has theme nights like ladies nights with dj's) etc. Last, Karl Lagerfeld had a hand in design in the hotel. You can tell. Cool luxury french meets asian boutique hotel. Do yourself a favor, avoid big chain typical hotels with standard "typical" settings....stay here for UNIQUE experience. You'll be glad you did

The room in this hotel was a Rubber Stamped room of other hotels in Singapore. its almost as if they bought the blueprints from other Hotels in Sg and said...build this. Nothing fantastic. Their bar was pathetic. Nothing we asked for was available. Finally the Bar Tender at the roof Bar went out of his way to visit our table and apologized and made us a few drinks with what little they had left over. His over the top service made the stay wonderful.

We like this hotel. It's so clean and good location The check in ladies are helpful and friendly The bell boys are always ready & happy to help with the luggage and arranging taxi

Great tech and amenities as a new hotel. Great location. Had stayed at bigger Singapore hotels that felt like a train station - great boutique to feel at home.

Sofitel was an excellent experience on short notice as I had booked the morning of my flight from Taipei to Singapore. Staff was very friendly (and provided excellent service), while the room was clean and spacious. Internet was reliable. Next to the bed was an iPad for controlling various controls in the room -- curtains, lights, etc. Nice, modern feature.
