room is excellent and very spacious. king size bed. spacious bathroom. enjoyed our stay. Lina is friendly & helpful, offered to arrange for baby cot. overall fantastic experience! We will definitely come back.
Staffs are friendly and rooms are clean. I liked the nice bathtub and huge space of Toilets. There are awesome facilities near this hotel. Like, Espa, swimming pool, complementary shuttle bus service etc. The bus time table is easy to see and que. When I don't know how I go to somewhere all staffs helped me. If you want to stay in hotel, singapore I recommend staying at Equarius hotel!! It will be good choice!!
We booked a deluxe room at equarius hotel. spacious room.. walking distance to water park.. highly recommended for family vacation... Walking distance around the island and also have shuttle service and monorail.
Exceptionally lovely hotel with very helpful staff and a wonderful spa. I had to transfer over from another hotel and Gurvin was particularly helpful as a manager. The rooms are light and spacious . Will definitely return.
A lobby tells the quality of the hotel. The reception counter is just in a convenient corner and zero “wow” feel - just a place to check-in/check-out. When we checked in, we were told that there will not be early check out on the following day, instead we were given an early check in from 1pm as the rooms for the following week were all booked. How will we know about this early check in when no one called to inform us and we reached the reception after 2pm? 😂 The lift lobby is a very far walk with no directions signage visible. Can understand the limitation of the architecture but cannot understand why directions are not placed. Before entering the first level rooms, the long carpet (which just occupies the middle of the walkway instead of covering the walkway entirely) is old and faded looking. Maybe this is supposed to give a rustic feel but it gives a run-down feel instead. Lift lobby receives guests with a huge round mirror. Decor wise is nice. There’s a signage stating that only registered guests are allowed in the rooms beyond 10pm. This is the first hotel that I stayed in displaying such signs, which gave a feeling that I am staying at a well-decorated condominium rather than at a hotel. The bath of the room looks “wow”, with its double basin and spacious bathtub. The place where soaps etc were placed was dusty and there were no handles / hooks for hand towels to be hung but plenty of surfaces for clothes etc to be placed. The only hooks available are behind the bath door. The sad thing about the WC is that there is no bidet spray. Also, the shower room floor gradient is poor, water pools at the center, which can be a slipping hazard if someone is not careful when entering the shower room. The room is large and spacious with a nice huge sofa for lounging. The bed is very comfortable! However there were stains on the headboard behind the side table.. As for the TV, its display is unclear and definitely is an old appliance. Sadly, the majority of the green part of the garden consists of synthetic grass. This is understandable as synthetic grass is easier to upkeep. The only real grass in the garden occupies a thin strip on the far end of the garden and the plants were in sad state - small, weak and unkempt. The outdoor lounge chair had bird droppings on them and the tiled areas were dusty and dirty. Plus point of the place is its beautiful pool. We did not try the gym nor the spa though. Ingredients used for the breakfast is of above average quality and the experience was enjoyable. The omelette however was a huge disappointment. Omelette texture was one that I had never seen before - fluffed and with many pockmarks. The omelette tasted airy and sourish to the point it was nauseating for me. It could be the ingredients I chose - cheese and shiitake mushroom. Do remember to not choose this combination when ordering omelette. The hotel is more secluded compared to the other RWS hotels. If you like a more exciting environment, this hotel will not be suitable for you.
We had a night stay.We love the room. We love the staff , they are friendly and helpful esp Zafie, Gurvin and Lina. Overall, excellent and good hotel. Thank u. We will definitely come back to Equarius Hotel.
We had a one night stay at Equarius Hotel. The room we booked for is a garden room which had a huge balcony with nice green patch to relax. Everything was 5star from check-in till check-out. Will definitely return stay.
Yana was great with our check in and looked after us wonderfully. Room - surprisingly big, clean, lovely soft bed. Bathroom - also large, clean and wonderfully presented. The window looking out into the room was a quirky surprise. We had the theme park passes and made the most of the time seeing the attractions rather than at the hotel. The lobby bar felt a bit too much like a through fare than a relaxing bar space. Good value for $$ as far as a warm welcome, comfortable large bedroom and bathroom space. I do think the experience could be improved by having a gym attached to the hotel or having the ESPA gym open 24 hours. We like to start our days off with a quick workout so walking to the Hardrock hotel for the 24hour gym was our only option.
room is spacious and big. I like it very much. Kelly and zafie I met in the morning is so good. they greet me with a wide smile. everything till checkout of the hotel is great! I would love to come back again.
good stay for my holiday. I like it very much. Will come back again for the big and spacious room. Thank you very much zafie and Kelly for making my stay such a memorable one. Cheers. I will be back to see you again.
