We enjoyed very much staying here during our tour. The room was big enough and the staff was very good. My children loved USS and aquarium but I loved the Espa more. Only thing that can be improved is the breakfast but I would stoll come back if I can.
We enjoyed staying here during our tour because the staff was very good and friendly. My family had so much fun visiting the Sea aquarium and Universal studios. We wish we could stay longer next time!
Overall a good experience but the facilities are not quite convenient to access. The rate is very pricy during the CNY. The SPA facility is pretty good, highly recommend it. The ocean suite is much smaller than expected for the price, not recommended for staying more than a couple of days
This hotel is really nice but it has very little to offer guests. There is a pool tucked away amongst villas that are separate to the main building and we had to ask for directions to find it. The pool was just average. There is no bar other than in the hotel lobby, which has only a handful of chairs and I never saw anyone drinking there. In fact they seemed completely shocked when we asked to order a drink. The rooms are huge and very nicely decorated so absolutely no complaints on that front. If you are considering booking this hotel I would take the location in to consideration. It is completely separate to the other resorts world hotels and it is a decent walk to get to any of the attractions, bars and restaurants. There is a free shuttle but we never used it because it only leaves every 15 minutes and we always timed it wrong and decided to walk for 15 minutes rather than wait in a line. If you like a bit more of an upbeat and vibrant hotel close to the action I would choose a different hotel but if it’s a nice, quiet spot to relax that you are wanting then this hotel is the perfect choice.
Stayed in a suite in July 2017 and below is a summary of what we like and what we did not like: What we like: - Was impressed with the size of the hotel room but was too big for 2 pax (would be an ideal size for mini gatherings) - Besides the bathroom and bedroom, the suite had a powder room, living room area, bar and also a mahjong area with a table easily convertible to a mahjong table - Nice area to stay in and then take a stroll along the island or after visiting Universal Studios Singapore What we did not like: - Waiting to check-in took too long; waited in line for 45 mins - The location of the hotel also means that the view isn't superb; the view from our hotel room looks out to the dolphins' lagoon but you can hardly catch any dolphins to be honest - Be prepared for some creepy crawlies... spotted a big lizard in the bathroom and called the hotel staff to come have a look but they couldn't find it. Turns out the staff did not do a thorough check as the lizard was hiding beneath the stool in the bathroom and I had to call them in again.
A friend recommended this hotel to me so I decided to try it out for a night. The room was clean, the staff efficient and friendly. I didn't visit any of the attractions but it was a nice relaxing time.
We tried out the ocean suite which was one of a kind and very interesting before staying at a deluxe room. It was a great stay, we really liked how it is near to the Universal Studios and easy to get around by bus or monorail. We ate at Forest, a nice restaurant in the hotel too. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others!
We booked this hotel because it was near many attractions and we were very impressed with our stay. The staff was efficient and friendly while the room was comfortable and in great condition. My family and I had so much fun at the Adventure Cove Waterpark (just next to the hotel) and Universal Studios Singapore (a short bus ride away). Lake of Dreams was a nice show too. We definitely will return to stay here if we have the chance!
I came to this hotel with my family because it was near the casino and places like the aquarium, Galleria, Universal studios. Room is very nice and big, good for my children. More chinese tv shows will be better but I want to come back again!
We had a wonderful stay at Equarius Hotel. The room is huge and comfy with a nice balcony. Although the swimming pool is undergoing a small renovation, we still enjoyed our swim. We visited many places in Sentosa and one of our favourite is the SEA Aquarium where we saw many marine life. We would love to come back again soon.
