Avoid this property completely. The staff is terrible, they don't answer the phone. Housekeeping would often forget to make my room. The hotel is in need of remodel. Location is great but not clean or friendly hotel. I think the owner has let go of the hotel and might not be paying the staff. Upon arrival they could not even find my reservation through expedia. It took them full 24 hrs to find it. Just a horrible stay. Lots of other options available but avoid this hotel.

The location is excellent, making it a convenient and enjoyable place for a family staycation. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great, especially for the kids—they had a wonderful time. However, the service desk seemed quite busy during our stay. There was a long queue, and it was difficult to reach them by phone as calls went unanswered. The breakfast and club lounge is very good. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but service responsiveness could be improved.

Club single room was excellent being a spacious room with a king bed, better than expected. Given a very early check in after arriving from Athens. Club room included breakfast every day, drinks and snacks in early evening and complimentary laundry. Will certainly be coming back to the Rendevous, also conveniently close to train in a very central location in Singapore. Staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We love the friendly helpful staff and the character and convenience of this location. We also love the pool area which feels private and has attractive garden surrounding it. Rooms are spacious.
