The location is excellent, making it a convenient and enjoyable place for a family staycation. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great, especially for the kids—they had a wonderful time. However, the service desk seemed quite busy during our stay. There was a long queue, and it was difficult to reach them by phone as calls went unanswered. The breakfast and club lounge is very good. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but service responsiveness could be improved.

Club single room was excellent being a spacious room with a king bed, better than expected. Given a very early check in after arriving from Athens. Club room included breakfast every day, drinks and snacks in early evening and complimentary laundry. Will certainly be coming back to the Rendevous, also conveniently close to train in a very central location in Singapore. Staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We love the friendly helpful staff and the character and convenience of this location. We also love the pool area which feels private and has attractive garden surrounding it. Rooms are spacious.

Wow I guess I am quite lucky to meet Shanti. She provide excellent service and I feel like a VIP.The check in SOP is quite standard but she make the different of wearing a warm smile throughout the check in.she explain clearly the hotel facility even though I only stay for one day.trust me it is very difficult to have such a customer service oriented well train counter staff.i hope to meet her again.if you are serve by her your stay will be different because she is the first touch point of the beginning of the whole entire experience.

Great hotel for a few days in Singapore. Next to the metro stop ( you cannot hear it in the hotel) so really easy to get to and from the airport and to visit the main tourist spots. Short walk to Canning Fort, Raffles etc. Small 7/11 just outside the hotel. Helpful staff, nice comfortable room, great location.

Great location with Hop on Hop off bus stop right outside. Normal busses too and MRT station within a couple of minutes. Very good hotel with nice rooms and staff very pleasant.
