They gave me extended check out and allowed me to have shower in the privacy suite while leaving the hotel.

This hotel, first of all, is far away from the MRT station so you would have to do a quite a but if walking in order to even see the hotel from the station. They have the rudest staff members that I have ever seen in my life. When I checked in, they did not even give me a simple greeting such as "good afternoon," but only asked me for my passport rudely. Worst part of my stay was the stain on the bedding. It literally looks like poop stain, and I didn't have guts to touch it or smell it. I just got a call from my credit card company, saying that this hotel charged me 50 singapore dollars. This hotel asks for your credit card for S$100 deposit. I'm about to find out why I was charged 50 bucks, but if they say it was the stain... I don't know what I would do.

I am not one for buffet food and that is their main offering. I found myself eating out at night and toast/peanut butter with bacon for breakfast. You can only egg so many eggs in a week.

welcome drinks on arrival and ugrade to deluxe room made great forst impressions by friendly staff. lobby was small and busy, felt cramped at time with luggage storage in one area in the open. perhaps will look better with a luggage storage room. room was modern and clean though on the small side with a lovely view of pool. itwas perfect for the two os us for a nights stopover. also got a great deal online. location was fantastic within walking fistance to tiong bahru market, clarke quay and chinatown. we even walked back from marina bay sands. hotel provides a free shuttle every hour to orchid rd and raffles place. we were the only ones on the bus and it didnt pick up any passengers along the way. great service though. highly recommend and glad we picked this hotel over the others in the area.

The staff were excellent and the facilities great. Ideally located with clubs and bars walking within distance.

A choice for a stay in the Robertson / Clarke Quay Area. Very friendly staff, pleasant rooms with nice views. I did not have time to use much of the amenities, but all in all a very good experience, no faults detected.

Stayed here 2 nights after a cruise and it was great. We had some luggage issues which the staff handled admirably. Hotel was convenient, clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of sights and taxis were always available.

We stayed one night twice 4 days apart. We got off a cruise ship and stayed one night, then flew to Siem Reap to see Angkor Wat. We then returned and stayed another night before flying home. The hotel room itself was comfortable but small. The best feature of this hotel was the staff. They did everything we asked and we tried to fit a lot in for our short stay. They kept our luggage while we jetted off to Cambodia and did an excellent job even though we misplaced the receipt. Their shuttle is very handy.

This is in a great location, easy access to the local area and taxis if needed. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel was clean, chic, and smelled terrific. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was terrific to shopping and dining.

good hotel, but beds a bit hard. location is great and next to good dining.

It's a 5 mins walk from the trendy Clarke Quay Promonade and River Front,. 5-10 mins boat taxi to the historic district, 10mins walk to China town, 10mins drive to Arab street, and Little India. MRT is 10mins walk which makes other areas fairly accessible.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way home to New Zealand from Scandanavia; a chance to warm up! With the pool the hotel was very relaxing, just what we needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and put on a great New Years Party! A bit of a walk to the metro station, however there is a new station being constructed very nearby, and we soon discovered we could catch the river cruise boat only a short walk away.

The receptionist was very happy to tell me that I had been upgraded to the Crystal Club rooms. The room itself was quite small, but it seems to be the standard in Singapore, but if this was a Crystal Club room, I would have hated to have one of their non club rooms. Everything was working fine in the room, had access to the Internet under the Crystal Club password, so far so good. Friends arrived to take me out for dinner that night, and as one of them was running late, I went with my other guest to the Club Lounge. A discrete request for my room number and name, and I thought we were fine to sit and wait. Well not so, as when the lady returned she informed me that I would have to pay another $90 to be able to remain there, as my "upgrade" only was the room. So I asked what the $90 would be for - well I could have breakfast tomorrow morning, no drinks tonight as the cocktail hour had finished. As I had no interest in a $90 breakfast, and the other friend had just been escorted to the lounge we left, and I am still wondering how you get an upgrade but have to then pay extra to use the facility of the upgrade. Maybe a new way to "upsell", so you don't feel embarrassed in front of your friend.

small cozy hotel room with a ceiling to floor glass window

Nice but room service is abit slow... Room have A nice setting n great bar.. Nice place... No children pool

The pictures on the internet far oversold this hotel. The rooms, exercise facility were tired and did not match the pictures on line. Even the entrance to the hotel was awkward, all vehicles have to do a 3 point turn (only one way in and out). The main benefit of this hotel is its proximity to clark quay, short walk. Will not stay here again. Used to live in Singapore and did not think this was up to normal standards

We stayed for a week in a River-view room on the Crystal Club floor and enjoyed every minute. It had an excellent view of the nearby Clarke Quay with floor to ceiling windows and an excellent bathroom that had a rainfall shower head. (No bathtub if that's important to you.) the real value comes in the Club lounge. There's a buffet breakfast, all day coffee/juice/soft drinks/cookies service, and an evening buffet of "appetizers" that easily double as supper. And there's free hard drinks at that time too. Having two pieces of laundry included each day was a nice touch too. We would certainly stay here again!
