The hotel was conveniently located near shops and eateries. It was also only 10 minutes from the Changi International Airport, a short taxi ride, and a 2-minute walk to the subway station to downtown Singapore. The property needs an upgrade, as the lobby area looked old, dark, and dingy. The room was ok, but the shower/bathtub was awful and very difficult to get in and out of.

A greedy manager who is a businessman to the bone

I have stayed at over 300 world-class hotels over the past 20 years, and I wish this hotel, which only cares about profits under the pretext of internal regulations, would disappear. I will never stay here again. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reception staff was terrible. Specially Sarah. This girl on her shift didn’t answer calls. We had to go down to reception at 10:00pm after we called her 6 times to book a wake up call and book a taxi to airport. After we went down and booked the wake up call , she did not do any wake up call or answer any reception calls or booked the taxi. We were scrambling to reach the airport. She should not be working there as she is not taking job responsibilities seriously.
