The staff was terrific, the hotel is walking distance to a train station and somewhatcemtrallt located. The rooms were nice and offered anything one could need. The toilet and shower a bit cramped but that's to be expected in a city like this.

The room assigned has not been housekept. It is the first time I met this situation. Too awful. Terrible experience

Staying there for a night to celebrate my anniversary with my fiance... this is the 2nd time i'm staying there.. everything was fine.. staff are friendly and make us feel welcome...my room wasn´t ready till 2pm as their occupancy was high on that day..totally understand..however upon our arrival to the room there was a male staff at our balcony cleaning that area.. it was a little annoying as we need some privacy and he was there more that 20 minutes... wasn't that happy about it... other than that it fine...

WOW, great swimming pool. nice hotel and room. Yes, the stay was enjoyable and comfortable

I stayed here the night before I left Singapore. Overall, this is a pretty nice hotel in terms of cleanliness, service, and value. I checked in pretty late cause I had trouble finding the hotel from Lavender Station. As soon as the staff saw me with a head full of sweat, he offered me some bottled water. Inside the room: The design is very modern and new. The only thing I didn't like about it was the small size of the room. A little hard to move around. Check out: Staff was really helpful and helped me find my way back to Lavender Station. They have a free shuttle service that begins at 12PM. If you're carrying a lot of luggage, take a cab to this hotel.

Good, clean, friendly staff .hotel was very nice with little garden.

One of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in, but clean and modern. The low price also helps offset any inconvenience from the less-than-central location. Staff wasn't as responsive to noise concerns as I would have liked, but not a huge deal.

Hotels in Singapore are just pricey. This is a great compromise between cost, size, location. No complaints here!

Hotel is too dark and elevator is too small and creepy.

I was on a business trip in Singapore for 3 days and chose Parc Sovereign Tyrwhitt based on the reviews here and on TA. The checking in was easy and the front desk staff is very helpful with directions or anything else you need. They upgraded me to the executive double room which was very small but cosy and thoughtfully designed so I didn't feel cramped. They provided iron an ironing board which I got to keep for all 3 days. There are only 10 channels on TV including HBO. The rooftop pool area is great and I was hanging out there every evening. There is wifi so you can actually do work while enjoying a nice evening outside. Lavender metro stop is about 10 min walk. Serangoon road and little India - about 15 min walk. There are a couple of restaurants serving Chinese food right outside the hotel - I didn't try them as I walked to Little India for some Indian food. The hotel definitely offers great value for money and I would stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, but that was it. The rooms were very small. The breakfast that you had to pay for was worse than budget hotels that are free, and the room had a bad odor coming from the bathroom that could not be suppressed. Due to the small rooms, there were a lot of them and the number of guests overwhelmed the staff and made the place feel like a hostel. I would give the hotel a 3 Star rating at best, but really more like a 2 Star.
