The hotel design is where every hotel should aim. The integration of gardens into the hotel is so well done. But the best aspect of the hotel is the staff. Attentive and caring. Everybody seemed to go that extra step. It was the sane at Parkroyal Myanmar so it must be a hotel brand differentiator. The room is good but lacks storage and wardrobe space if staying more than a few days. But by far the best hotel in sing for its value, staff and greenery.
I was checked into the Junior Suite and it is absolutely stunningly. Spacious enough for my small birthday celebration and it comes with a good sound system to play music with. The full length windows provided a stunning view of the city and of the swimming pool. The only small compliant I might have is that the airconditioning could be a little stronger since the windows were huge and the room heated up too quickly especially in the day and the aircon was not able to cool the room down with the heat.
Location is good for business stay. Rooms are rather small but well planned. Pool is nice but small.
The hotel is a good choice. It's beautiful with much green plants and you can enjoy the green view even indoor.
this hotel design is truely spectacular the architechture and the use of plants are breathtaking limes dining is great you would be hard to please if you are not satisfied
Not as beautiful as it looks in pictures: a bit tired, very poor customer service, room not very clean. Good location, nice pool (even if not very clean). Overall average stay, for that price you can find much better places
Fantastic location in a very cool hotel. Ultra modern, and very trendy. The view from the 5th floor infinity pool makes the hefty price tag worth it.
This is a solid hotel. The breakfast was better than I expected and they had a couple different offerings compared to many of the other hotel breakfasts in Singapore. The location is good, as it is a 10 minute walk to Raffles Quay, and only a 2 minute walk to the Clarke Quay station. I'd recommend the hotel more for tourists than for business. The only downside of the hotel is that corridor to many of the rooms actually outside. The room itself was fine though.
