Room was nice, pillows too big had to use the pillow from the sofa. It needs a nice bar, the ground floor bar is like a school canteen :) restaurant staff were poorly trained and inefficient
Check-in begins at 3:30, and even though we arrived after 5:30, we still had to wait for our room to be ready. I also found bugs/ants around the room. The pool is beautiful but a little small for the size of the hotel. The property is very beautiful and the staff are super nice/friendly.
Wow! What neat design! Pool and green area are stunning. Room clean and comfortable. Easy to get to from Airport on MRT and close to activities. Would stay again.

This was the perfect hotel to stay at after a long international flight. It was quiet, clean and the room was large. We got up early for a terrific buffet breakfast. And the location was central to many things we wanted to see.
