Very conveniently located to the trains (2 min. walk). Hotel room is large and comfortable, but furnishing is very dated. Room is clean, but needs carpet cleaning due to stains and dirt.
The bathroom is not clean although we requested the room to be cleaned on a daily basis. For some reasons, the walls of the shower have dirty spots that never got touched. The lighting in the restroom is insufficient. The night stand is too far so we have to get up to turn off the lights, poor design.

MRT station located just across the street from hotel. Check out the restaurants on the MTR station floor for a great variety. Check out the pool on the 27 floor.
We went to Singapore, partly to look up relatives. The hotel staff was very helpful in giving us guidance in this area. They looked up information about our family name for us to help in our search. The staff also provided us with the best places to eat and sightseeing. So, we had a very pleasant stay in their country.
