The toilet is not ideal, slippery bathtub and fixed point showerhead. Aircon was also not cold even at the maximum setting. A bit of a musk in the room. There was no city view. Room size is pretty good and the bed was pretty good though. Pool area is nice.

We booked for 4 nights but left after 2. Room was old, musty and appeared to have black mould in the ac unit. Rising damp in hall and out room. This seems to be due to the cheap bathroom renovations that hve been done. The duty manager was incredible. She worked so hard for us, found a new room and upgraded our stay. This new room was lovely. Unfortunately the staff are incompetent at best.. bat staff talking loudly to on face time and had to be asked to turn it down or preferably take it off speaker. Following morning we waited pool side and no one was about. Went to reception for one manager to tell us we don’t service the pool whilst another said they did. A gentleman named David then appeared yelling across the pool for us to order food on the phone (which was disconnected!) Hotel has offered to refund us which is a nice effort and appreciated. Given this hotels location please expect more and stay elsewhere so they do something about it.

Pro: Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable. Water pressure is good.location is good. Convenient. Service is good. Cabinet area big enough to put in luggage. Cons: Balcony paint is peeling off, poor sound proof as can hear the corridor sound and other room flushing system. The fridge/ mini bar is not functioning. Our wine has been placed for 5 hours and it’s not chilled. The tv ain’t smart tv, hence if u used the hdmi cable, we are unable to convert to tv. Lastly, it’s so eco friendly that we got to drink water from the toilet basin. Pretty uncomfortable experience for a hotel in orchard that can’t afford filtered water nor bottled water.

I really liked the size and decore of the room. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds and air conditioner worked well. Staff very efficient and moved me to another room when there was an issue. Staff are attentive, approachable and professional. Lovely big pool with a pool bar close by.
