Hotel Review While a bit of a walk from Orchard, this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. However, upon check-in, bath towels and other amenities were missing. Housekeeping services end at 11 PM, so it was not possible to have them brought to the room after that time.

The staff make the experience, a special thanks to the kindness shown by Naveen & Santhanam after a cancelled flight and lost luggage situation. Having such a friendly and helpful experience after a stressful couple of hours was greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and more importantly these 2 staff members together with the other team members that we came across. Thank you for a pleasant stay from myself and my parents.

If you’re into shopping, and have the budget, this is the place to be. Perhaps the house keeping staff require training about the “green” policies of the hotel! I don’t need my towels changed daily, and on a 4 night stay, the sheets will be fine! Great location for food, drink, and shopping at a variety of price points.

My flight got cancelled and hence I only reached next day morning to the hotel at about 7am. The front desk extended my stay to a late check-out giving me enough time to relax ahead of my meetings. The room was excellent and the facilities were spot on
