Our stay at this hotel was less than ok, from struggling with not having a desk from eventually after much back and forth then getting a folding table so I could setup my laptops for work, to the hotel not having a business center for business travelers to conduct even the most basic business functions, to refusing to allow a hotel guest to use a small corner table early morning when no one is using the restaurant at the time, the hotel suggesting a hotel guest, a Hilton member to sit on the floor in the gym to conduct oversea business zoom meeting… not to even mention the hotel water in our shower was unsatisfactory during one evening of our 5 night stays, our experience with this hotel over all is negative, less than satisfactory. I find hotel staffs less than accommodating. I’m a very frequent international traveler and have stayed at over hundreds of hotels, this one would not be my top pick when I revisit Singapore again.
