Nice location easy to transit
The only good thing about this property is the location which is close to attractions. The air conditioning did not work and we barely were able to sleep because the fire station across the street was going off at all hours. The “fitness center” is a concrete hamster wheel that they call a tredmill and a few free weights. No mat ir cleaning equipment. No free co plementary coffee- yku can purchase a $5 coffee from the espresso machine in the noisy lobby thats always blasting taylor swift and smells of strong scent of cucumber melon. They dont clean your room at all during your stay snd anythjng you want to request requires you to go to the front desk because theres no landline or tv in the room. And the internet is extremely slow! We could not stream anything. The only negative part of our trip to singapore was Lyf. Do not recommend at all

Everything was great.. good for single/couple.. hip place. Funan Mall is also great. However A/C temp was not good and had one of my worst sleep in recent yrs. Barely slept..
We love the place as it is located in the middle places we need to go to. Shopping, eating, site seeing, etc. We did not have to travel very far to get whatever we need. Highly recommended to vacationeers!
It surpassed my expectations. Lyf Funan was the perfect place for my family to stay while vacationing in Singapore.
this property is modern and very clean. It’s located within a mall so everything is convenient. The big bus hop on hop off bus stop is just across the street. Other transportation systems are also nearby , the metro rail is also walkable. There’s a 24hr desk person who is very helpful in everything you need . The property has a well equipped kitchenette. The WiFi is also excellent.
Excellent new property, new concept. Amazing for business travellers - especially for more extended stay. We travelled with family and everything was perfect. Great location location for Singapore - walking distance to amenities, sites, multiple MRT and bus options, etc. Location cannot be better. Amenities all very thoughtful. Staff were over the top friendly and helpful. Fully booked but didn't feel busy at all! Well done - hope to see more of these across the region!
