The room was well decorated and designed to create zones which made the small size feel bigger. Enjoyed the comfy banquette/sofa along the window to relax comfortably and look out. I like fresh air so the lack of windows that open or balcony was not ideal. The pool and deck area was great- could get some decent laps in.

We arrived at evening way after the usual check in time of 3pm to be given only 1 of the 2 rooms we booked. We were told the 2nd room will be available in 30 minutes so we went out for dinner. After dinner, they can no longer give an estimate when the 2nd rm will be ready so we settled for another floor for the 2nd room so we could finally rest. Then 1 room had this strong unpleasant smell. After 2 requests for a replacement room, they gave us another room. I had to insist that I don't plan to sleep 5 nights in a smelly room

This was the best hotel that I have stayed at in Singapore in over 38 years, including a stay at marina bay sands. The room was huge and staff frien, helpful and professional. Will definitely be staying again
