Very good location, right next to the MRT station and many malls. Lovely infinity pool with a view of the city. Clean, excellent service and very good breakfast buffet.
Great location. Clean and tidy room. Hotel room was very quiet (never heard neighbours or people in the hallway) and had great block out curtains for days we slept in.
No porter to help with luggage upon arriving to the luggage. I need tio drag 3 big luggages and a cabin luggage to the checking lobby that is on 10 floor and there is only 1 counter checking in with long queue. Always need to be on the phone for a while befire asking for room makeup.upon checking out. No porter to help wuth luggages
The pool and very convenient to shopping Room was nice as well
Great location. Everything was great but hard to get help with the bags. Its almost as if it is hotel policy that they will not help with your luggage. It was a bit awkward in that regard but otherwise a great experience.
We loved the hotel, it’s location, friendly and very helpful staff. Room was very clean and beds comfortable, the roof top pool was our favourite part of the hotel. Would definitely stay again
