This was a budget friendly clean hotel. Our room had all the basics needed and was very conveniently located for transit and restaurants, especially since it was very close to Little India. It would have been nice to have a larger closet area but the room was a good size given the price. We had a minor problem with the safe and the staff fixed it immediately, so I was very happy with the service.

Ibis on Bencoolen is in an amazing location close to easy breakfast options, 711 and the Albert hawker centre. Reception is 24/7 which was great for our 1am checkin which was fast and efficient. Room is basic but comfortable and with a 3 bed configuration is a perfect family base for daily adventures. Hotel is extremely busy so elevators are often full and may have to wait for a while at peak times or cram in. Perfect to sleep in and go.

Great location, fairly standard room but we spent most of the time out. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was ideal, very close to local sights and metro stations.
