Hotel was great. It's in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were excellent. We had two issues that need attention:
1. For most of our stay, two of the four elevators were out of service. Maybe just an unfortunate coincidence, but led to some long waits on multiple occasions.
2. The hotel provides info about water and energy conservation, which is especially important in Singapore. However, the hot water in our room often took about five minutes to arrive - meaning we had to wait for a hot shower and probably wasted hundreds of litres of water down the drain every day. Multiply this by many rooms and this hotel is wasting a phenomenal amount of water.
