The staff was so kind, accommodating, and professional. All of the staff was excellent. I don't recall everyone's names but Anuar was very helpful. The only downside is that the rooms were very small. However, the location is fantastic.
I love the location of this hotel and I love the price! I’ve had to stay here several times within the last few months while things got taken care of in my apartment and each time, it’s just a great stay. If you’re sensitive to noise, beware that the hallways do sometimes get animated at all hours of the day and night, but never for a long time....maybe 5-10 minutes at a time? I sleep right through it though. Again, the location and price honestly can’t be beat. The room isn’t large, but you’re not in Singapore to stay in the room, right? It’s a decent size and always clean. Will stay here again and again and again. :)
I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and honestly, it’s the location that is the thing that keeps bringing me back! As well as the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. They may not be the biggest rooms on the block, but the value is unbeatable.
I loved the location of this property. Great connections to subway, bus and taxi.
I liked the size of the room and the location. I also really appreciated the 24-hour check in. For the downside, the walls are thin and sometimes the hallways were filled with people being loud.
