Hotel is very convenient just steps away from MRT station. Hotel front desk receptions were very nice. The room was bit small but the price was reasonable. Only complaint was the room insulation, you can hear the next room talking and street clubbing loud music. I couldn't sleep the 2nd night.

Very nice hotel to stay in Singapore

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional: always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. My room was perfect for a solo traveler, offering plenty of space, spotless cleanliness, and outstanding comfort. The location was also a major highlight, with easy access to the metro and plenty of shops and attractions nearby. My initial expectations for this hotel were modest, as I simply required a place to sleep and shower. However, the property appears to be in need of significant renovation. Guests should be aware that the most economical room is exceptionally small, reminiscent of typical Japanese hotel rooms. My first room experienced a WiFi malfunction, necessitating a room change. While the subsequent room was an upgrade in tier, the bed was unusually firm. I found the bed in the initial room more comfortable, though the second room offered more space. Guests may need to weigh these factors. The bathroom layout was also problematic, lacking electrical outlets. I had to use the desk to dry my hair, and the hairdryer's design was inconvenient, requiring constant pressure to operate. Please upgrade to a more user-friendly hairdryer. The placement of the electrical outlet above the bed struck me as unsafe and illogical; a location beside the nightstand would be more practical. I was also perplexed by the absence of hand towels. While I understand the desire for eco-consciousness, this omission seemed impractical. The dual-faucet sink, with one faucet dispensing sink water and the other filtered water, was also unusual. This hotel may be suitable for a brief stay of one or two nights, but not for longer durations. I did appreciate the convenient location, with a 7-Eleven across the street, proximity to an MRT station, strong shower water pressure, and on-site laundry facilities.

Very nice hotel in a central area - right next to an MRT station. Room and bathroom were small, but I was only there for sleeping so it was fine for my purpose. My room was close to the lifts, and I did find it could be loud when people were returning to their rooms at night.

Room was extremely small and cramped. Not enough space to open our luggages. No air ventilation in shower so room was very damp and humid. Towels had yellow stains on them, bedsheets weren’t changed, shower water temperature doesnt remain constant.

Great location, excellent service.

Hotel Mi is becoming our go-to in Singapore. Great location, reasonable costs & really friendly & helpful staff. We got a late checkout at 13:00 luggage storage & complementary shower room for 45 minutes at 18:00. Will most probably stay here again next time we’re in Singapore.
