Good value for money. Great location. Very clean and spacious room albeit dated. Nice touch in providing a mobile phone free of charge including international calls and data. Reception service by Christine and the Porter were exceptional.

Went for a conference and had a very nice stay. The hotel is very lovely, the only down fall is that the beds are way too firm. It felt like i was sleeping on a peice of wood. Other than that, staff was hospitable and it was clean.

My family of five stayed here for two days, between Jun 14-15, 2018, as part of our Singapore Airlines Stopover Holiday Program package. We opted to have two rooms for our family. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a connected rooms but the hotel managed to get us a side by side rooms. The rooms itself was pretty roomy. A bit larger compare to typical hotel room in Singapore. It has standard amenity you would normally find in the room. Staff was very courteous and always helpful. I have a 5 y/o that sometimes on a stroller so she doesn’t get tired when we explore the city. And every time we’re back at the hotel, the doorman always helping lift the stroller to go over the stairs. Location of the hotel is perfect. There is a bus stop just around the corner. The “Hop On Hop Off” bus always stop here. And then less than five minutes from the hotel there is Bras Basah MRT station. So access to subway is there as well. There is a gawker across from the hotel. Great variety of food there. Alternative money changer option (beside the hotel) located just to the right of the hotel. All in all, we are very happy with the hotel and wouldn’t mind at all to stay here again for our future Singapore’s visit.

Just a short walk from the Bugis MRT station, Gfic is located on a busy road in an area with lots of restaurants, eateries, shopping centres etc. Check-in went quickly, friendly and efficient staff. The room was on a high floor with a king size bed, spacious with all amenities and good internet connection. Clean and comfy. Bathroom also well equipped, watercooker and coffee/tea available. There was a breakfast special during my stay, and I had experienced the breakfast here before, so that was a welcome surprise. Check-out also went smooth, I am sure I will return to the Grand Pacific again and again.

We had four nights here as part of a conference trip. Hotel lobby smelled amazing, very clean and our early arrival off a 15 hour flight was handled impeccably. We were provided with an early check in and room 2 hours ahead of schedule. The beds are UK King sized and very firm. We upgraded to one of the newly refurbished rooms which was absolutely fine. Air con worked well, lots of power outlets to charge gadgets and a safe. Bathroom was clean, shower very strong and toiletries fine for what we needed. Room was clean as was bathroom. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice with eggs cooked to order. The pool area was clean but a bit tired and dated. We didn’t use the pool but used the shower room to freshen up on arrival which was also good. The location is amazing. Very central and two MRT locations within a few minutes walk. Very good hotel to use as a base to explore Singapore. I would recommend this place no problem.

We were so disappointed with this Hotel for our two night stay. Rooms felt grubby. Dirty, mouldy windows with strange maintenance corridor outside obscured view. Pool area tatty. Breakfast room, too many uncleared tables. Bar staff not at all obliging. Cecille on Reception was really helpful and put herself out to help us with our room and transfer problem.

The great advantage of this hotel is that we were able to pay for late check-out at 6pm, ideal for our 10.30pm flight. This hotel was easily reached by taxi from the airport. and is reasonably central to tourist spots. There is a bus stop outside, with buses travelling on a number of routes. The room was large, and quiet thanks to the incredible double glazing. The bathroom was functional, but a little tired. On the 8th floor, we overlooked the busy Victoria Street, and could see the Singapore Eye through the gap between buildings. The hotel caters for large groups as well as individuals.

We were in room 1216. This was a very adequate room for 2 single travellers sharing a room. The staff in the restaurant and reception area are very friendly and attentive. Two staff members in particular took the time to remember us and our needs during the day. Their names were Velu and Cheryl. This does make all the difference to weary travellers, saving us the need to constantly restate our request. I would recommend this hotel as centrally located, clean, well run and value for money.

Hotel in a good and central area of Singapore. Bus stop just in front of the door, 15 min walking distance to Arab street and Little India . The rooms are not new, the toilets need to be renovated as well, the complex doesn’t deserve the 3* but the price is good when we book with Singapore airlines. Breakfast expensive compared with the Bakeries and other Coffee places in the area. Staff very kind and fast services. 👍

second time visit this hotel, stopover before heading to Dubai, this time with my family.our rooms were on the 8th floor,we got a double facing Victoria Street,he rooms were clean, bathrooms, beds were firm but we managed a good sleep.Breakfast as in my previous visits was very good, with a plenty to chooice from (Western, local and Japan food, fast internet, one of the best things I like, their location,MRT station is handy though. Overall our stay was very good.will be back one day
