The hotel’s location was excellent, with major shopping centres—such as Centrepoint, 313 Somerset, and Plaza Singapura—within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, my room was located at the back facing another hotel, so I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

Small bathroom, not recomended for older people. The bathtub and shower in one, very difficult to get in and out. Swimming pool, the timber flooring to walk is not stable. Buffet breakfast is almost same everyday dont expect too much. Other than that great location, walking distance to shops.

Poor upkeep - even the pool area garden was engulfed in weeds. The "sustainable" water feature is hard to use and they only give you tiny glasses that overflow at even the lowest setting. The beds are comfortable, though.
