Small but with everything you need. Location is great, in the downtown area, within walking distance of great sights, I mean 30 minutes

Decoration was very modern and the bar was great. Definitely a different experience

No place to put clothes or luggage - need hooks etc. on walls & bathroom

This place was perfect for my stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt like I could walk everywhere. The rooms were spotless. The water coolers and ice machine on each floor were a nice touch. Oh, and the AC works perfectly!

Good hotel in a good part of town, easy walk to food, transport, etc. Rooms are small, clean, with a good bed & shower. Good WiFi. Professional & helpful staff. A solid value. However... Singapore is quite quite warm and humid 24/7. The A/C in the room is silent & highly capable, with ice cold air discharging from a vent in the wall as called for by the settable wall thermostat. There is no apparent return air vent, which tells me the air intake condenser coil whose job it is to chill AND just as importantly, dehumidify the intake air is elsewhere. This is where the system fell short, as the cold room discharge air was extremely humid. This high room humidity made the room feel like a cold rainy day in New England, where everything is not uncomfortable, but not entirely comfortable, either. After 2 days, a damp towel was still not dry hanging in the room. I realize it takes a huge amount of energy to both chill AND dehumidify air, but as this immensely wealthy nation city-state is air conditioned in the extreme, energy efficiency does not appear to be high on the priority list. To be fair, upon leaving the room, taking your room key turns everything off in the room. But it seems to me the dehumidification capabilities of the central HVAC system could be enhanced with an extra dollar or two added to the room rate if necessary to pay for the additional energy use needed. And yes: I am picking nits here, the hotel and Singapore are great...just GO !

Although the room was small bed was big and comfortable. It was located in a good spot that it was very easy to get around. The only thing is that since the lobby is located on the second floor and taxi/uber pick up point was very hard to find for drivers that we got cancelled for the car we needed to get to the airport. Lucky we were allowing enough time before our flight but otherwise it would have been very inconvenient.

My first trip to Singapore. Need to book a hotel very last minute and found this one. location was ok, as subway station was near the hotel, within a block. not many restaurants, thus only available restaurant around 10pm was one on the first fl. Everything was understandable, but room was terribly small. I originally booked for a standard room, which shocked me so bad, as it was super super small. I had never seen such small room even in Japan. No space to move, only one single bed and hard-to-use desk. So, I paid for upgrades to a queen room. Space was bigger and bed was bigger, but still limited space to move and desk and other facilities were very inconveniently equipted. If I return to Singapore, I will never stay with them. Breakfast was also very disappointing, although room was clean.

it was a good experience the room was clean, the staff were nice.I like you have to use the room key to access the rooms on the upper floors. It was close to shopping areas, and the museum. The breakfast was outstanding, the only down side was my flight came in at eight am and we were not allowed to check in until two pm however they still let us check in at one pm. the gym was like most gyms in hotels. when I entered the room there was a chance to fill out a review I complained about not having a fridge in the room and within ten minutes I received a phone call with a fix to the problem. I like there was a mobile phone in the room with free international phone calls and free wifi where ever I take it.
