The hotel is located in a nice place close to Vivo city and Harbour Front. It's clean and staffs are very helpful. My booking includes breakfast which is an excellent choice. One of the best breakfasts I've ever experienced. The only downside is the size of each room is quite small comparing with North America standard.

This hotel was awesome. The room I stayed in was nice clean and tidy. It's was a little different to what i was accustomed to as everything is a bit more compact but spacious enough to be comfortable. The staff were very polite and well mannered and very helpful with regards to the amenities on offer. While transport was very good with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the light rail another 5-10mim walk. The restaurant was also quite good as it offers a nice range of food options if you don't want to leave the hotel. All in all a great place to stay.

The hotel is very pleasant overall and is kept clean and well maintained. The rooms are relatively small, but we chose this hotel on the basis that we'd be out for most of the day, so it wasn't really an issue. Rooms have been designed to maximise space. The air-conditioning was good; ours broke one evening but the staff got it repaired immediately. This wasn't surprising as staff here are on-the-ball. Breakfast is more limited than a larger hotel, but gives a good range of items and staff make sure things are topped-up when needed. The hotel is excellent for transport links, with a bus stop just outside served by loads of bus routes and the buses are really easy to use. The swimming pool.can be used for exercise laps and plenty of people were doing that, though you can time it to get the pool to yourself or just have one or two others with you!

Tiny rooms, questionable cleaniness especially in the breakfast area. The front desk staff was helpful to accommodate an early check out though. But in hindsight it was one of the worst experiences I ever had in Singapore.
