A somewhat comfortable stay for 1-2 nights. The rooms are very very small and the bathroom gets very wet as the shower isn’t separated from the toilet/basin. Good location as it is well connected by MRT and buses

we statyed for three nights. It was a very good experience. the staff were very good. but our room didnot have a window. still to stay and take rest it is a wonderful place

The description is not what’s on the web. I reserved 2 twin beds but I got a queen size bed. The room was too cold because the button was controlled by staff instead.

Is a VERY budget hotel. We had a room with no windows and the shower directly over the toilet. The AC constantly dripped onto the bed making it wet and difficult to sleep in. We moved the bed away from the drip only for cleaners to move it back. We put towels over the pillows as even though they had standard covering on them, the pillows underneath were disgusting. As flooring throughout the rooms and corridors are all tiled. It was noisy. On the positive side. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout which was great. The area itself is not brilliant but the MRT (trains - purple line) a few minutes walk away makes it easy and quick to get everywhere.

Tiniest hotel room I've ever seen. Very misleading as it's totally different from the pictures. There's literally no room to move at all. Just one tiny space to walk to the toilet and main door. The room temperature was too cold and it's not adjustable. I had to call reception twice to ask them to increase the temperature in my room. Very inconvenient. There also seems to be loud knocking sounds very early in the morning from 7am so my sleep was disturbed as well.

We had the family unit. The air-con sounded like a constant rain downpour, very noisy. There was a lot of black mould inside and around the air-con unit. No windows in unit, which we thought a bit odd.

Staff very arrogant and not helpful. Could not believe hotel refusing to provide bottled water. As a visitor you'll ask questions to local if not sure. Staff behaviour was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Only reason I stayed there for the rest of my stay was convince of surrounding and dining options.

Reception customer service needs improvement

Worst part is I can’t even use the toilet of where my kids checked in, which I paid and booked myself, they arrived 9 pm so I have to book them another day ahead of us, as we arrive the following day, when we arrived at the hotel to drop off our luggage, and I need to go to the bathroom, unfortunately they don’t have a bathroom in the lobby Customer service is the reception needs improvement, I understand this is not a high end hotel which I regret staying, however, they can do better than that, being polite doesn’t cost anything. Would never recommend this hotel, the bathroom stinks, sewerage smell is strong

The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are clean. A bit noisy early in the morning as the cleaning lady start quite early. I recommend this hotel.
