Checking in no problem, we arrived early and we were accommodated. It's just our room was too cold.
I was disappointed by the front desk staff who cannot change my room rate to be equivalent to what I paid for each night due to time zone difference accommodations as well as taking off fees for flight changes due to zika virus outbreak for being in a pregnancy health scare.
