The staff here are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Kenneth and his great team of staff for helping us not only make the most of our hotel stay, but also our holiday. Their invaluable local knowledge helped us see all the areas of Singapore that we wished to by public transport “which by using the tourist ticket for the local MRT and buses, saved us lots of dollars” We thought at first glance that the hotel was a little far out from most attractions, but it really is well located for public transport, and getting around. The comfort and facilities at this hotel are really great value for money, with both breakfast and evening snacks, oh not to forget for the drinkers out there, there are free drinks between 5-7pm, beers and branded spirits, all provided in the cost of your room. Each room has microwave, washing machine, small hob and a kettle, so if you don’t watch to go into the humid evenings, you can provide for yourself, however don’t miss out on the hawkers food markets, you really need to experience these. Also take time for an evening stroll along the Singapore River and enjoy some local cuisine in the many restaurants close by. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough, but the industry thinks the same, it has won many,many awards. Thanks to all at the Fraser Residence River Promanade for such a lovely time in Singapore, hope you all stay well, and hope to see you all again soon.

Good standard room.

Nice sized rooms which were kept clean. Great location on the River with lots of bars and restaurants in easy reach. Breakfast was average with poor or in the case of last few days, no coffee making facilities. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice pool to cool down in humid Singapore heat.

Ultra modern low rise apartment hotel. Rooms are spacious and immaculate and have hi-spec inclusions such as push button curtains opening/closing, range of lighting effects, air purifier, filtered water tap, etc. We had a room with a view close to the Singapore River and promenade. ‘The Lounge’ was a wonderful place to have breakfast, all day snacking and happy hour at 5-7pm with free drinks and canapés. All in all an excellent stay.

A wonderful stay!

This was the best introduction to Singapore. The staff were so friendly, the whole hotel was immaculately clean, it was conveniently located by the MRT and along a beautiful river, and best of all, the complimentary Happy Hour was such a treat. I didn’t want to leave. We stayed for a week there and would definitely go back again!
