Nice clean place with enough amenities to get through a decent stay

Check in process was super easy and staff was pleasant. Place was clean and neat with plenty of towels and linens and kitchenware with mostly updated appliances and tv/wifi, etc. Some things could use some updating- toilet is a bit finicky for flushing and the oven control panel works, but is pushed in. Also the patio sliding door doesn't lock at all so it was not comforting to know it was easy for a potential break in, especially being on the ground floor facing the parking lot. Otherwise it was a nice stay in a quiet area.

Cockerel early morning call

Inside the apartment, was very modern. Comfy bed, strong shower, good kitchen facilities, great wi-fi. But the building is very old which led to a some bug/insect issues which were dealt with by moving us to a different room. Along with that the island is over run by cockerels and these will definitely give you many an early morning wake up call

The apartment was clean and well maintained. I was there for several days for business, and had no issues. I would stay there again during future visits to the island. It is close to a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment has all of the amenities anyone would need. Thanks for providing a great alternative away from a standard hotel. I would recommend this property to others.

Good Guam location

Enjoyed our 4 days at the Apartment. Everything worked fine; the TV, the wifi, the shower, and air conditioners. It was nice to have 3 split type air conditioners in the apartment. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet though there was some nearby early morning crowing and some construction noise. We had a car it it was easy place to come and go from and easy to go down to the Main Road. The new Guam Museum is nearby.

Great 2 bedroom apartment

This place had all The amenities of home. To have wifi and a 50 inch tv with cable in a home comparable to mine in hawaii was really nice. I will definitely be back again. Thanks to chris and Asia for a really nice clean place to stay
