Here is a house with an ideal location in Simrishamn on offer. The forest is right outside the door in this peaceful cottage area. It is only 300 meters to the sea and the beautiful beach, you will easily find your way in this small town idyll. In the center of Simrishamn you can shop well and relax in cozy cafes. Houses in pastel colors, cobbled streets a harbor and an old town center will welcome you. A bike path takes you along the coast to Kivik in the north and Brantevik and Skillinge in the south. Also the hiking trail Österlenleden passes close to the house. Excursion destinations: Stenshuvud National Park, heath in Hagestad nature reserve, white sandy beach in Sandhammaren, medieval castle Glimmingehus, Ales Stenar in Kåseberga. Also you will find many farm stores and workshops of craftsmen. 800 m from the cottage is the outdoor swimming pool Tobisvik.

Die Einfahrt zum Ferienhaus war, wie schon von anderen erwähnt etwas schwer zu finden. Zumindest im Schlafzimmer hätte ich mir Vorhänge am Fenster gewünscht, weil die Straßenbeleuchtung genau auf das Bett gescheint hat.Aber es ist seht geräumig, in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht und die Betten sind bequem.Ganz in der Nähe ein Supermarkt, der jeden Tag geöffnet hat.Grundsätzlich waren wir recht zufrieden

Vereinsheim-Unterkunft

Die Zufahrt war schwierig zu finden, da von der Kleingartenkolonie davor nichts im Inserat stand. Das Haus war ok - ein Vereinsheim eben. Geschirr vorhanden - aber Besteck in schlechtem Zustand, offenbar üben sich die Vereinsmitgliede regelmäßig in Löffel und Gabel verbiegen. Tassen gab es nur wenig. Der Fernseher ging, aber nahezu alle Programme waren verschlüsselt - also kein TV. Gegen Abend wurde es gerne kalt , die Heizung hatte Mühe es wohnlich zu bekommen. Es fehlte eine Information zur Mülltrennung, wobei die Spaziergänger, die vor dem Haus parkten offenbar auch häufiger Ihren Müll in der Tonne vor dem Haus entsorgten - plötzlich war sie fast voll, obwohl wir noch gar nichts hineingeworfen hatten..

Bostaden är mycket bra lagom avstånd till butiker och havet det enda minus med boendet var att där saknades en ytterbelysning annars inget att klaga på
