This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex is the perfect spot for your upcoming mountain vacation! From the local fox den to the moose occasionally seen roaming the nearby golf course, you are sure to spot some wildlife at this beautiful location. Located in the pristine Eagles Nest golf course community of Silverthorne, Easy access to 5 world class ski resorts including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Vail.

The large private primary bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the top floor of the condo. It contains two walk in closets and a small reading nook overlooking the aspen trees. The main level opens up to a bright living room with leather couches, large windows, a flat screen tv, and a cozy gas fireplace. Next to the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with custom made wooden counterspace as well as a dining area that seats up to six people. The deck next to the dining room offers easy access to the spacious kitchen. The bottom level contains the other two bedrooms with a queen in one and a twin with trundle in the other. The downstairs shared bathroom has plenty of counter space for all your belongings. There is also a small laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as a place to hang any clothes unsuitable for the dryer. Can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. One in the garage and two in the driveway.


Located in Eagles Nest community in Silverthorne, at the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks. Easy 5 minutes drive into downtown Silverthorne for restaurants, breweries and markets, 10 minutes drive to the town of Dillon and Lake Dillon, 15 minutes drive to Keystone Ski Resort.

Beautiful views and great location.

This location was very close to an ice skating rink outdoors, some good sledding hills and beautiful trails. It was a short drive to our favorite ski spots and 6 minutes from local shopping / groceries. Amazing views out the living room window and deck we enjoyed our stay overall. We have family that's just a mile up the road, so it was very convenient over the holidays.We had a few issues with large amounts of dust under the entertainment center, around fireplace and children's bedroom downstairs. We we're able to find a vacuum but not other cleaners so we did end up buying our own cleaners to remove the dest. We also ended up buying a few kitchen items to be able to get by for the week with utensils. This isn't completely out of the ordinary with standard rentals. With this being an higher end price point we were not expecting to have to purchased basic utensils to be able to cook. Even with this small details we had a wonderful stay in a great location. Thank you!!
