We are conveniently located a short distance to parks, dining, I-495, Redline Metro (Wheaton), NIH, and much more. A perfect home to relax in, just north of the heart of Washington DC.
A stylish two-story residential home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Below the upper house, there is a fully finished basement apartment with separate exterior entrance, that can be rented separately or joined with the top floor for whole house rental (please inquire about separate listing).
