The stay was ok but not anything to recommend. There was dog hair on the beds and moldy coffee in the coffee pot. It was cold and the mini splits had a hard time keeping anything warm. We had NO idea how steep the drive was to get to the house; a pretty harrowing experience to get there at night and a little scary for us that didn’t have 4 wheel drive to go back up. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience but we wouldn’t do it again

This house was large, plenty of room for large family. It has 2 living areas, great for adults and kids. House is on long narrow dirt road in the woods. Yard needs to be maintained and cleared around the house. Center Hill Lake is close by for a fun day on the lake. Burgess waterfalls about 30 minutes away.

Back in the boonies

This house is a great size but it is very hard to get to. Way back in the woods-would recommend a 4-wheel drive! House was large and had ample space but needed a good cleaning. Exterior is overgrown and weeds and trash scattered in the yard. There is a fire pit, but is weedy with no wood and no place to sit. Would not recommend for a family but might work for a group not concerned about cleanliness and safety.

Great place for our family for a football weekend at Tech.

Great place for our family while visiting our son for a football weekend at Tennessee Tech. Quiet, secluded and was perfect for our stay. The owner was attentive and available at our request for all questions. Will stay again.
