This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home on the Creek offers a spacious yard, parking, and a hot tub. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a king/queen bunk bed. The entire house has been completely remodeled and newly renovated, including a new front porch and full back decking. You’ll be just a short walk away from Plume Coffee Bar, Bread Bar cocktail lounge, Plume Market and playground. There are plenty of trails right outside your house, and you’re also close to skiing, biking, fishing, and historic Georgetown, with a walk to the Loop train station. Plus, there’s a free Clear Creek County bus, so you can beat the I70 ski traffic and enjoy all the outdoor fun that the area has to offer!
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The location was central to all of the activities we were interested in doing. Although very close to I-70, highway noise was minimal with windows open and non-existent when they were closed. The proximity to the highway allows quick trips to Georgetown and Guenella Pass (5 minutes) and Idaho Springs (15 minutes). The property itself was well-maintained outside and in. Though small in square footage, it lives big and the 3 people in our party never felt crowded. The house will easily sleep 6 quite comfortably. The bathroom and kitchen were well appointed and well-equipped. The overall design of the renovation done on the house is beautiful and the decor is very nice. Make no mistake - this house is completely new on the inside, plus there is a generous outdoor deck with a fire table, seating, dining and hot tub. We very much enjoyed our 5 days at this property. We definitely willStay there again . I highly recommend this beautiful house
