Tettegouche Log Cabin North Shore Lake Superior con sauna

Cabaña de madera escrita a mano encaramada en lo alto de un acantilado con vista al lago superior. Rodeado de grandes pinos rojos y blancos, realmente es la "tierra de los pinos". Relájese en la cubierta o en el porche de gran pantalla y vea los barcos que van y vienen del puerto de Silver Bay. Enorme vista del lago y la cabeza de la empalizada. Muy privado y tranquilo.

Hay mucho que hacer, cerca de los parques estatales Tettegouche y Split Rock y el puerto deportivo de Silver Bay. Excelentes cascadas, río Baptism, natación, senderismo, pesca, ciclismo, escalada, vela, navegación, kayak, la lista continúa ...

La temporada de invierno trae una nueva gama de actividades y paisajes. ¡Los pinos blancos cubiertos de nieve con el agua azul del lago Superior son increíbles! Tenemos una sauna de leña con cola de paloma dulce. Hay varias excelentes pistas de esquí de fondo cerca, incluido el Parque Estatal Tettegouche, donde puedes esquiar en un antiguo campamento de caza de varias cabañas de troncos y un bonito albergue. Beautiful log cabin at top of a hill, nestled in the woods, with great lake views, and spectacular sunrises. Sauna and campfire under the stars added perks. Everything you need as a base camp to explore the north shore.

This is our second stay at this beautiful cabin. The views from many angles are stunning. It is quiet and cozy, complete with a fireplace, fire ring and sauna. The cabin is well-stocked and perfect for relaxing days at the cabin or exploring all that the NorthShore has to offer.

Beautiful overlook

The cabin has a beautiful overlook of lake superior and is close to all the hiking trails that we wanted while we were there. Instructions to sauna were clear and was a nice bonus. The one downfall that we had was that it was hot and humid while we were there and the ceiling fan was not functioning and there is no AC. Things that did not affect our stay but maybe would have been nice to know ahead of time was the loft is considered the bedroom. The coffee maker is a coffee press (which I was unfamiliar with) and we could not find a lighter to start fires, so we had to buy one. Overall stay was very nice.

Great little cabin

Perfect for the two of us. Took a minute to get used to the stairs but everything else was set up great. We hung out on the deck overlooking the lake, plays games on the screen porch and even got the sauna going. The fire pit was perfect and it was nice they supplied all of the wood. Definitely recommend for a couple.

Honeymoon with a view

We had an amazing stay. The remote privacy of the cabin made for a relaxing and restful getaway. The views are INCREDIBLE from the deck, porch, and even the living room. We loved watching the sunrise and stars at night!

Lovely, tranquil escape

Thank you for another lovely visit! We enjoyed daily hikes up and down the coast, investigating a few new spots to change things up. The weather was perfectly mixed, and topping off a chilly morning walk or a toasty afternoon climb with a sauna and then a beer on the deck was amazing!! Perfect Christmas gift for parents

We gifted our parents a stay at Shawn & Edward's property for the second time now for Christmas. They both came back saying it was incredibly relaxing and cozy, they enjoyed the proximity to North Shore sights like Split Rock lighthouse, the Onion River, and other hiking trails, and the sauna was wonderful. I know they would love to come back.They also really enjoyed their interactions with Shawn & Edward and were thankful for their warm welcome. Great Winter Cabin!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful Cabin. It was very peaceful and beautiful at the property and everything was in good condition and clean. We loved the wood fire sauna and wood stove in the cabin, made for a cozy stay! Highly recommend!
