Partially renovated, bright 3 1/2 room apartment on the ground floor with a sunny terrace surrounded by greenery. The spacious living/dining room with fireplace, television and internet offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy cosy get-togethers at the large wooden table. The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. Entrance hall with cloakroom. Two comfortably furnished double bedrooms. Bathroom with bathtub/washbasin. Separate toilet. The wonderful, furnished terrace with magnificent mountain views faces south. Morning coffee in the sunshine is a special treat on the rustic Swiss stone pine bench. Parking space in the garage. Laundry room and ski room for shared use. Pets are not allowed.
