Beautiful, stylishly furnished 2-room flat on the 2nd floor with gallery, 60 m2, in a quiet and central location. Living/dining room with exit to the balcony. Mountain view. Internet and TV. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Coffee machine Chicco d'Oro. Bathroom with shower/WC/sink. Double room with boxspring bed. Loft with double bed (2 mattresses) under sloping roof, very steep stairs. New, comfortable furniture. Garage place. Laundry and ski room for shared use. Non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Cravunera is located in a quiet settlement built at the beginning of 1990 at the start of the village of Sils Maria. Cross-country skiing trails can be found in the immediate vicinity. The valley station of the Furtschellas cable car can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by sports bus (bus stop 50m from the house). The sports bus leaves every half hour in all directions in winter. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
