We stopped here looking at University's in the area for my daughter. We arrived after dinner and left after breakfast, but truly enjoyed our stay. I do like the setup of these Residence Inns - we have stayed in a 2bedroom/loft unit before (in La Jolla) and find them fun, like staying in an apartment more than a our kids some space and it's always nice to have room to spread out, relax, and even bring your own snacks or mini-meals! I like that it's not a giant high-rise. The grounds were nicely kept and it was easy to walk around with the dog, too. At check-in the staff gave us free mini-bottles of wine! I can't remember her name, but she was lovely and fun! All in all, an easy one-night stop on a long road trip. I would stay here again if in the area.

The girl who checked us in was professional and really nice. We left our little travel companion a stuffed frog in the bed who been around a world on lots of travels . We called the hotel and they found it! It get washed but he is clean and home with a little note that was in the package saying I glad you find me I missed you ! It was so sweet snd thoughtful! Thank you to the person who did that ! It means a lot for my husband ! Great customer service !

I stayed here for a week and it was a nice comfortable stay. We were staying in the villa and it is well maintained, we faced problem with one of the wardrobes, other than that it was a comfortable stay. They have occasional dinner arrangements and breakfast is as per the needs. It is located on the main street and you can roam around without any hassle. Staff are very friendly and cooperative.

I stayed here on a business trip and was happy with the room and the location. The staff was very nice too. the room was fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, and living area, and the room is spacious and clean. The first room I checked into was close to the main road, so at my request I was promptly moved to a quiet room further away from the road.

Stayed in suite that apparently does not see much housekeeping. The ceiling fan had an inch of dust on it so couldn't use it. Spider webs throughout - general upkeep was generally not kept up. I grabbed a towel in the bathroom after being the first to shower and the black widow on the other side of the towel bit my arm. I am still recovering a month later. Killed two other spiders in the kitchen. Furniture very dated and worn. Not a bad property generally, but in need of many upgrades. Breakfast was an absolute zoo and patrons were the rudest I've ever encountered (not the hotel's fault).

Left San Francisco and headed down to Mountain View/Palo Alto... WOW... what a pleasant surprise to find this Residence Inn. On El Camino with many places to stop and pick up goodies. Check in was very easy. We were given a room in their newer tower. King room, updated amenities, lovely!!! There is the main house that has breakfast everyday... a good one! Eggs, protein, potatoes, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, breads, yogurts... We went to the Safeway, picked up goodies to eat and just had a room picnic.... Ice Cream and Starbucks.... gotta love this location

Great location, clean rooms, good rates and a great breakfast! The staff was super helpful and nice; he room was spacious and clean. The pool looked nice, but I didn't have a chance to use it. Next time :)

We stayed here on a Friday till Monday. Cannot beat the rate. Excellent location. Very quiet, room very clean, breakfast has a lot of variety, staff very friendly. Bed very comfortable. Full kitchen. Woułd definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

We always like this place. Good location at a reasonable price compared with other hotels in the same area. Staff are polite and friendly, especially Megan. Breakfast is good; the usual Residence Inn food and snack time serves good food and drinks. We checked in at 3 pm and the the floor had not been vacuumed. The carpet was quite worn out anyway. The next two days the maid came in at 4.30 pm when we were resting. We told her to come in before 3 pm. No problem there. I removed balls of hair from the bathtub and the water drained nicely. The basin had at least two six-inch cracks and needs replacement. It is unsafe for little kids to use. There was a hint of odor from the bathroom and I suspected it was from the drainage or sewage backup. I mentioned to the maintenance to address this problem. Kitchen was cleaned and fully equipped. We enjoyed using it. The loft was cleaned and so was the bathroom. No much of a privacy because twenty feet from the loft window was the new wing second floor corridor. The new building probably desires a category 6 rating as it is rather new. I suggest the Marriott evaluating team should take a closer look at the old two story buildings. We will stay hear again but ONLY at the new tall building.

I travel about 10 times a year to Mountain View and this is now my preference for hotel stay. Even on the one night trips, when I feel guilty getting a room with a kitchen, this is why Super friendly staff (always smiling and helpful) Room is always ready when promised Room is always clean Location is good , some stuff around The free drinks and food rally nice after flying in I see some of the reviews are not so positive , sorry to hear that, but as someone who has stayed here at least a dozen times in the last two year I've had nothing but a five star experience. Will book it again next month.
