This ground floor property features a living room with a TV and fireplace for enjoyment, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals, a bathroom, a separate toilet and comfortable bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find a mezzanine. Please note that the shared swimming pool and bubble bath are closed till further notice.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 30,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
