Looking south, the newly installed windows offer an expansive view of the pools and surrounding gardens. The Living Room: Comfortably furnished, 3 recliners including Stressler with ottoman, slim lazyboy and full sized leather recliner, framed original art and large screen TV with High-speed internet and wireless connectivity Master bedroom suite: equipped with a large mirrored wall unit enclosing a queen sized bed. Attached bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dressing table, including wall mounted hair dryer. Guest room suite: beautiful rattan furniture, queen sized bed, 28"-inch TV. Brand new heavy duty portable twin bed with 5" foam mattress is also available if required. Attached bathroom with 4 piece .....tub and shower, vanity includes wall-mounted hair dryer. Kitchen: all appliances in good working order, new dishwasher in 2022. Kitchen fully stocked with good quality tableware, pots, pans, bakeware, instant pot, coffee makers. Private locker located in elevator foyer: beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, assorted beach toys, fishing equipment, coolers.
