I have been communicating with VRBO because when we got there we were unable to use the outdoor deck area as described in the pictures. I immediately spoke to the host who said they couldn’t do anything about it and then I reached out to you at VRBO immediately to try to get help with this with no help until last nit after trying 3 different times. Also, the place had ants and our screen door wouldn’t work, called the host and they never did anything.
Stayed 7 nights in Nov 2025
