Welcome to Siesta Sand Castle, a newly remodeled three-story family home nestled just minutes away from the renowned Siesta Key village and the #1 beach in the USA. This charming retreat is poised to welcome you and your family to a slice of paradise!

Step into this elegantly updated designer home, thoughtfully crafted to offer you the quintessential Siesta Key experience. With spacious living areas ideal for family gatherings, cozy bedrooms, and a well-appointed chef's kitchen, every aspect of this home is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

Take a leisurely stroll or a golf cart ride to the pristine shores of Siesta Key Beach, or unwind in the tranquil backyard oasis while savoring a glass of wine on the expansive lanai. The private fenced-in yard provides ample space for family activities or basking in the sun, while the inviting fire pit sets the stage for unforgettable moments under the stars.

The primary bedroom on the first floor boasts a luxurious king bed, a serene ensuite with a tiled shower, double vanity, and a generous walk-in closet. Meanwhile, the second-floor primary bedroom offers another luxurious king bed, a private terrace, and a beautifully remodeled ensuite featuring a soaking tub, double vanity, and a tiled shower.

Additional accommodations include a comfortable queen bed in the second-floor bedroom, complete with a spacious walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling, and ceiling fan. The third "bunk room" bedroom features twin bunk beds, a Twin trundle bed, and ample storage space in the large closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a well-appointed hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and travel-size bath products, and a full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

The expansive kitchen boasts a fifteen-foot island and is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious family meals. From the stainless steel appliances to the breakfast bar seating six and the large dining table seating ten, every detail is meticulously designed for your comfort and convenience.

Relax in the ultra-cozy furnishings, sink into the high-end mattresses and linens, and enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for a memorable vacation experience. Please note that the Roku SMART TVs do not have cable; feel free to use your personal Netflix, Hulu, Sling, etc., for entertainment.

Your personalized access code will be provided a few days prior to arrival for easy entry. We are located nearby and available to assist with anything you may need during your stay. We adore this property for its proximity to the beach and downtown Sarasota, offering the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation for an unforgettable family vacation. Please note: The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. However, it is an outdoor pool and, especially during storm season, it is impossible to keep 100% free of leaves and debris.

Guest Access:
We will provide you with a Personalized access code a few days prior to arrival. Use your unique 4-digit code to enter the home. The code is active starting at 4pm on check in day and automatically deactivates at 10am on check out day.

Here are answers to some of our most commonly received questions!

🌴 Is the property pet-friendly? 🌴
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or nightly rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy and bring an unapproved pet, there is a $500 fine.

🌴 Is the pool heated? 🌴
The pool is open year-round and can be heated in the winter for a fee of $25 per day. Due to the nature of the heating system we can only offer it for the entirety of your stay and not on an ad hoc basis.🍍

🌴 Is smoking allowed? 🌴
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside, there is a $250 fine plus the cost of remediation.

🌴 If I leave something it be sent back to me? 🌴
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $50 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.

🌴 What kind of coffee machine do you have? 🌴
We have a kurig in the home.

🌴 Can I book for less than 5 nights? 🌴
Unfortunately not, due to the amount of wear and tear on the homes from frequent turnovers we have a 5 night minimum across our portfolio.

🌴 What is the nearest beach? 🌴
We are right by Siesta Key Beach - The public access is just 350 yards from the house!

🌴 What beach equipment do you provide? 🌴
We provide beach chairs for our guests. If there is additional equipment you need you would either need to bring it or rent it.
