The first and second living floors each have 3 bedrooms. The first living floor has 2 bathrooms and the second has 3. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making this home ideal for large family gatherings or group excursions. Outside offers plenty of seating for everyone around the pool area, perfect for spending time in the warm island sun. Conveniently located near beach access #10, this home makes taking a stroll to our world-famous beach or the walk into the Siesta Key village a breeze.
*This property is stairs only. All guests must have the ability to climb stairs.
