Updates include: tile floors throughout entire unit, granite counter tops, and sliding glass French doors leading to the lanai. Right outside the sliding glass doors, two lounger chairs to enjoy morning coffee with a great garden view and partial gulf views to relax and make sure every morning on vacation is perfect! Siesta Dunes property has a circular saltwater pool and hot tub, beach side barbecue Grills, Beach deck, tennis court, Club House and Beach chairs and Loungers. While relaxing by the pool, you’ll struggle with the decision to take a trip down to our world-famous beach, or take the short trip to the Siesta Key Village for the many restaurants, shops and live entertainment the island has to offer. Enjoy the brilliant colors of sun set that will have you coming back year after year!

The properties at the Siesta Dunes are lovely. We had plenty of fun on the beach and enjoyed the sunsets. The deck out by the dunes was a favorite sunning spot.

Great first time in Siesta Key
We enjoyed our first visit to Siesta Key. The condo was clean and ready for our family when we arrived. The beach here is beautiful. Loved being able to see the ocean from the patio.

Not what I had hoped for
The checking process was late and painful. The unit was not very clean and or well equipped. Dirty dishes put back in the cabinets. Garbage disposal did not work. Got that fixed but still not up to par. Owners need to invest in some new cookware and get the furniture cleaned!Would not use beachside management or rental again.
